How long does delivery take?
We process and ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends). Delivery time depends on your location, but most local orders arrive within 1-24 hours.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
For safety and hygiene, we don’t accept returns on e-liquids or used products. If an item is defective, we will replace it or assist with the warranty
